The solution deployed

Located in Bourg-Saint-Maurice in Savoie (France), the MMV Altitude (5,200 m²) and MMV Mélèze (4,500 m²) residences of the MMV group have chosen modernity.
To meet this challenge, MMV has placed its trust in Vesta-System and its solution VestaEnergy, based on the power and flexibility of NodOn radio devices.
Among the equipment deployed: Pilot wire heating modules, 1-contact On-Off modules, 2-contact On-Off modules, temperature sensors and battery-free opening detectors.
Temperature sensors and opening detectors allow for precise heating regulation, avoid wastage when windows are open, and ensure the well-being of occupants.
The Pilot Wire modules and ON-OFF actuators ensure ultra-responsive management of electrical equipment, perfectly synchronized with the BMS instructions.

Centralized control of heating, lighting and power outlets, coupled with the VestaBox and the VestaEnergy BMS

Quick installation without heavy work, NodOn radio actuators and sensors are easily integrated

Real-time tracking of all consumption, accessible on the VestaEnergy interface in order to continuously optimize usage

Total modularity, to add or replace equipment according to site developments
