Smart buildings, interoperability and evolution in the profession with NodOn at SIDO on April 10-11, 2019

SIDO is the major event of innovation and IoT. NodOn will talk about the evolution in the profession, will present its R&D expertise and OEM products for smart home and smart building. Meet NodOn and Altyor teams (leader in IoT contract manufacturing) at booth W120.

Buildings of tomorrow will be interoperable

NodOn will exhibit at SIDO its vision of smart home and smart buildings market. The manufacturer defends interoperability and wireless, for buildings extended lifetime.

“We must create smart buildings for more energy efficiency. To be quickly connected and stay modular over the years (flats, offices, schools…) buildings must be equipped with wireless and interoperable smart devices.” says Thomas GAUTHIER.

Thomas GAUTHIER will be speaker at SIDO for the conference “New home automation hubs: robots, devices, smart home goals and perspective”- on April 11th at 11:30am.

Evolution in the profession and role of manufacturers

The building sector is evolving and digitalizing. NodOn, very close to home automation integrators and dealers, developers and architects, see a true evolution in the profession. New experts, such as manufacturers, are pushing back the boundaries and collaborating to the building process.

NodOn accompanies those different actors and advise them in product installation by firstly thinking about uses and reality in the field. The manufacturer takes part of expert groups such as the Smart Buildings Alliance and the Fédération Française de Domotique. It actively participates to writing the future certifications of smart building devices.

New: a product for smart home and smart building, created in record time

With its complete range of smart home and smart building devices, NodOn has confirmed its market expertise. The manufacturer has recently launched an OEM solution to rapidly create a custom product in Bluetooth, Thread or Zigbee.

NodOn provides a generic manufactured hardware (roller shutter module, lighting relay switch, etc – to choose from NodOn portfolio) and adds a custom applicative firmware (Bluetooth or Thread or Zigbee). The product is fully customized, for a quick time to market and fast ROI.

“Our solution seduces industrials and SMEs, who are looking for Bluetooth, Thread or Zigbee product working with their ecosystem. We have the know-how, our hardware are already approved by the market and CE certified.” Precises Thomas GAUTHIER, CEO of NodOn.
